4. Orders & Payments
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded as per our refund policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Murari Sarees is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of damaged or incorrect products.

Customized, altered, stitched, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
